The Town of Rome would like to formally welcome MSA as the new 
Building Inspectors for the Town of Rome. 

For all Building permits, building inspections, and building-relating questions call or text Stephanie Potter at 608.617.5691 or email spotter@msa-ps.com.

Permits can still be dropped off at the Rome Municipal Building, along with construction plans, approved Adams County Shoreland zoning (when applicable), as well as Town zoning permits. You must apply for your Shoreland Zoning permits with Adams County before you will be given permits with the Town of Rome.

Please note that Dan Hansen will still be responsible for all inspections for the permits that he had issued prior to 3/21/2024.
