Ordinance amendment - Chapter 314 Solid Waste

Key Change/Requirement:
All refuse placed out for collection shall be contained in collection cans/carts that are in good working order. Cans/carts shall have covers/lids in place to contain all refuse. Cans/carts shall not be placed out for collection prior to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, and shall be removed within 24 hours of collection.
